An annotated list of echinoderms (Invertebrata, Echinodermata) from the Far Eastern Marine Reserve, Peter the Great Bay, Sea of Japan, is presented. Two holothurian species, Chiridota laevis (O. Fabricius, 1780) and Synallactes chuni Augustin, 1908, are the new findings for the fauna of the reserve. A list includes 44 species belonging to 41 genera, 21 families and 12 orders. For each species the contemporary data on taxonomy and distribution are given. Additionally, data on bottom deposits and depths of echinoderm’s finding are provided.
