The parasitofauna of the Amur catfish (Parasilurus asotus L.) in the Khanka lake basin was studied. Fifty four species of parasite were found. The dominant species were monogeneans of the genus Silurodiscoides. The main features of the parasite population of lake Khanka were a wide range of species with direct life-cycle, absence of acanthocephalans, and a small population of Ergasilids.
