Information on the distribution of two endemic species of large bivalves in the Primorsky Krai has been clarified. Both species are listed in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation: Lanceolaria maacki Moskvicheva, 1973 and L. chankensis Moskvicheva, 1973. Currently known populations of these species are listed together with an assessment of their condition. A reduction in the number and area of distribution of the species is demonstrated. The main threats and ways for the Lanceolaria species conservation in Lake Khanka and the Ussuri River are discussed.
