This work provides an updated list of 673 agaricoid basidiomycetes species registered in the Ussuriysky Nature Reserve and the neighboring Mountain-Taiga Station. The presented list is mainly based on published data from 1973 through 2018. Five species from the list are included in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation: Amanita strobiliformis, Leucopholiota lignicola, Pleurotus djamor, Porphyrellus porphyrosporus, Strobilomyces strobilaceus. The list also includes thirteen species from the Red Data Book of Primorye Territory. Forty six species of the list have only been recorded in the area of the reserve and the Mountain-Taiga Station (within the Russian Far East). For 50 more species this area is the only known locality in Primorye Territory.
