The effect of pulsed electromagnetic radiation (carrier frequency 3 MHz) for gametes and embryos of sea urchins was recorded. Sperm motility decreased sharply and embryonic development of sea urchins was abnormal. Abnormal cell division and abnormal gastrulation at a considerable part of embryos of sea urchins was recorded.
