A revised checklist of marine benthic flora of Vostok Bay, Sea of Japan is presented. It is based on original and literature data. The list of macrophytes of the area includes 170 species, belonging to four phyla (43 species Ochrophyta, class Phaeophyceae, 90 – Rhodophyta, 31 – Chlorophyta, and 4 – Tracheophyta). The taxonomy and nomenclature are updated with new world data. The species list contains information on their ecology.
