Based on the five-year investigation of the author, as well as analysis of the published data, an annotated catalogue of amphibians and reptiles of the Far-Eastern State Marine Biosphere Nature Reserve FEB RAS is made up. This catalogue includes 8 amphibian species and 13 reptile species, which makes 75% herpetofauna species of Primorsky Krai. Data on distribution and abundance of these species are supplied. It is noted that this catalogue can be supplemented in future with species which will be found within the studied region.
