The annotated lists of the drosophilid flies of eight regions of Europenan part of Russia are given. We collected and determined 1909 specimens of Drosophilidae from these regions. The fauna of Astrakhanskaya Oblast consists of 12 species in 5 genera, Voronezhskaya Oblast – 26 species in 9 genera, Penzenskaya Oblast – 9 species in 6 genera, Samarskaya Oblast – 18 species in 8 genera, Saratovskaya Oblast – 15 species in 5 genera, Tambovskaya Oblast – 11 species in 5 genera, Ulyanovskaya Oblast – 13 species in 7 genera, and the Republic of Tatarstan – 22 species in 8 genera. Most of species are recorded from each region for the first time. The composition of faunas of these regions and the Republic of Mordovia is breafly discussed.
