The review of 16 species of the genus Spilomicrus Westwood, 1832 from Eastern Palaearctic is given and key to species is provided. Four new species are described and illustrated: S. bicarinatus Chemyreva, sp. n. (Russian Far East, Japan, South Korea), S. metopotrypus Chemyreva, sp. n. (Russian Far East, Japan, South Korea), S. tentorialis Chemyreva, sp. n. (Russian Far East, Japan), S. transversus Chemyreva, sp. n. (Russian Far East, Japan). Spilomicrus formosus Jansson, 1942 is recorded for the first time from the Russian Far East.
