On the analysis of sets of different sizes in the comparative floristics

The inclusion and similarity measures used in the comparative floristic are considered. The coordination conditions of the inclusion and similarity measures are introduced to perform a comparative analysis of the flora species different in number. It is proposed to use the Brown-Blanke similarity measure and dual to it difference measure – Yurtsev’s distance when comparing the floras of different sizes. The example of the comparative analysis of floras for Priamurye reserves.
