Pteromalidae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) from Kordestan Province, Western Iran.

Twenty species of Pteromalidae were collected from Kordestan province, Western Iran during 2009–2010. Among the collected material four species, Mesopolobus xanthocerus (Thomson, 1878), Sphegigaster mutica Thomson, 1878, Systasis longula Boucek, 1956 and Systasis tenuicornis Walker, 1834, are reported for the first time from Iran and nine species are new for Kordestan province.
